Copyright Infringement.......... Once again

My story has been plagiarized once again. I'm in the process of getting my story removed from this users account. If anyone else even considers stealing my work while I'm making it 'public', I will go through great lengths to sue you. This user that has stolen my story makes me sick, they've changed the 'gym' scene to a 'café' scene. Not only can you clearly see the story is mine, her added bits and pieces have been written atrociously. I'm sorry if this isn't a very eloquent post, as I am still stunned by this ordeal. The user that stole my story : http://www.wattpad.com/48338213-billion-dollar-girl-chapter-1

    1. She's lying if you look closely at her works you can see that it says billion dollar girl every space. This happens when you copy directly from wattpad and are too lazy to edit it.
Plus the REAL author of BDG actually was nominated for a watty award and this blogger updated after the author of BDG.
What a liar she is and the real author of BDG got her account suspended.
What a shameless person and the real author of BDG is inactive now this lady has not updated. Accusing someone of plagarizing when this blogger is the actual plagarizer is disgusting.
Please post this everywhere so everyone knows that this blogger has been stealing from the real author. And if you look at the writing styles of the real authors books they all have the same writing style. This blogger stole it and is lying.
      Shameful.

    2. Thank you to the Unknown person who replied on May 3, 2016. Also, I think she's coming back on Wattpad!!! :D (The real author of "The Billion Dollar Deal" of course)

Just a tip for the plagiarizer: When you do something, think about the repercussions and what it's going to do to the other person first before plagiarizing. This is also for other people out there to.

    4. The real author has been publishing her book on Wattpad before this faker did. It's clear in her new chapters that @hisracingheart (on Wattpad) is the real author. Wattpad has let her republish her story due to false claims so clearly this blog is trash!

  2. Yes, please don't stop. My friends and I have waited three years for the story. It'd heartbreaking to think we'd never see it again. Just like Alyssa up there, I hope your works get published one day :)

  3. I'm so sorry that these ignorant and selfish people decided to take what's not theirs. And, especially after all that hard effort and time you put into making such great writing. I saw this on Wattpad too, and I hope this will be the last time anyone does something like this to you.

    1. Except that she's actually the thief. The original author is the Wattpad user, not this blogger. I read the original BDG years ago and this is not the original author. This blogger will probably remove all evidence from anyone telling the truth too - just look at the comments she's already deleted - one of those was probably from the original author, who can be found here: https://www.wattpad.com/user/31081997ll/activity.

Shameless what some people will do. -.- People pour their hearts and emotions into these stories and then heartless people come along and claim it for themselves. Shame on this blogger for trying to pass it off as their story and getting the original author's story taken down. Shame on this pathetic excuse of a blogger.

  5. I'm really sorry that this has happened again. I'm actually a Wattpad user, and I have read "The Billion Dollar Girl" and was in awe of the amazing story that I thought the author on Wattpad had written. When it was found to be plagiarized I was shocked and really saw how pathetic she was to have done so--just so she could get some fame on an online writing website.

I can't believe that this has happened to you again :(. I hope you do continue writing though; you are such a talented writer that could be a published author in the future. Don't let ignorant people let you down! I sincerely hope to see your writing again one day and that an incident like this never happens to you again.

    1. Have you read the other author's side of view yet? You shouldn't just assume things without doing a bit of research.

      Go to her profile: https://www.wattpad.com/user/hisracingheart
and read it. You would see that she has evidence to back her up. Give people a chance and see their side of the story before acting out.

She actually plagiarized the other author. The author on Wattpad wrote the story much earlier than this author. The time stamp that the story was posted was in 2014, when she says it was in 2010. I just hope other people will realize that this author actually plagiarized the other one.

If you go onto Wattpad, you'll notice that the Billion Dollar Girl is up and running again, but she has to rewrite the whole story just because someone plagiarized her. What's sick is that some people take other people's work, take credit for it, and then pretend that they're not the thief. It's quite sick of what society does sometimes. Have we no morals?

If this author did get published one day, I hope it's her own work, not some other author's work which she tries to pass off as hers.

      Have a good day,
      Hannah

Btw, I'm sorry for posting so many comments, but I had to get the story straight and straighten it out. I don't like injustice.

P.S. Hannah Cho, please don't call other people pathetic. That's demoralizing. You could use a word with a lesser connotation like sickening, but don't call people demoralizing. I know it's not my place to tell you what to do or not to do, but at least be kinder when lashing out at someone- especially if you don't know their side of the story.

    2. I have been active on Wattpad and I have seen the update. At the time, I, along with many other Wattpad users, was very disappointed in racingheart because even the Wattpad admins took her account down due to plagiarism suspicions. With that kind of knowledge, I think it was only natural for us to assume she plagiarized. I don't think you realize how much of a heinous and pathetic crime plagiarism is. My word choice may not be to your taste, but I think it was appropriate for the situation. I am very relieved and happy that racingheart was able to clear her name, and I look forward to reading more of the BDG on Wattpad. I hope you have a good day, Hannah.

      Sincerely,
      Hannah Cho

  9. I have a suggestion for your dilemma. Why don't you publish your story on Amazon yourself? It will help you attain a solid ownership and discourage others to plagiarize your work. You'll have better security for your story than when you had it on sites like Wattpad and you can gain profit for your brilliance and creativity. You will gain more recognition for your work and the rest only time will tell based on your decision.

  28. Also, I'm pretty sure you can't sue a person that you plagiarized. I'm also certain that plagiarism is illegal. Of course, that's for stories for trademarks and copyrights, but that doesn't mean you should plagiarize it. Some people actually want to share their writing talent for free online, trusting that other people won't plagiarize them. I'm thankful that they do that. And to all of you plagiarizers out there, please do not copy other people's work. It could get you into serious trouble with the law if it started getting serious.

How do I know? Let's just say my friend's mother is a lawyer and I know some people that happen to study this. I have also happened to read an entire book about American law.

  29. Bitch, you plagiarized @hisracingheart's story. She put a lot of time and effort into that story and you completely took credit for it. And I bet you didn't even add one original sentence to the story. And even after you plagiarized @hisracingheart you were too lazy to edit the words 'The Billion Dollar Girl' that popped up every few sentances. Also Btw the REAL author put up TWO liks to your "story" in her discription so be prepared for the angry Wattpaders who will hunt you down . You had no right to take advantage of @hisracingheart when she was inactive and now you'll get what you deserve.

  41. It honestly breaks my heart to see someone who didn't even write the book accuse the original author of such crime, plagiarism. It is a big offence that shouldn't be taken lightly, it is a law. Lying will be bring you in deeper. This can cause authors to be heart broken how people can do that. Posting it to the public doesn't give people the rights to claim it as their own. They post because they enjoy writing and want to share it. WattPad is a community. I write myself, I wouldn't appreciate if anyone stealing my work much less your own. It is clearly shown you have lied about when you actually posted with evidence on the url. It is wrong and inhumane to copy and claim as your own when you didn't do all the work such as planning everything, writing it and editing. It is not simply write and share. Hard work will be rewarded, laziness and lying will be a b*tch because karma is going to bite you and it has. You may have your own blog but it means nothing if your content isn't rightfully yours.

People should think before they act upon such things. These are just me stating my opinion.

    ReplyDelete
  42. You honestly disgust me. Your the scum of the earth. How the hell do you not only plagiarize someone's story but also accuse them of plagiarism?! I hope one day your untalented uncreative stealing ass actually makes a story and someone does to you what you did to that girl. Go die somewhere disgusting filthy fucking asshole.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Honestly, this is the best that you could do? Well guess what? I highly recommend you stop all this bs. You have just been severely exposed and cannot do anything about it. Everyone on Wattpad knoww now that you are a thief of the original author's works. Stop shaming yourself. Stop convincing yourself that you are the original author of such an awesome story. You're only lying to yourself and even worse to your friends.
I didn't even know that a 'human' could be this cruel. First plagiarizing and going even further to accuse the original author for plagiarism. You have talent, a talent for lying and stealing.
If you can't think of any other ideas then just do something else instead of stealing.
Plagiarizing is actually a crime, and I think you could possibly get caught for it if you even old enough to think maturely. Whoops oh no, your the one who's gonna get sued.
Stop being lazy and just write your own story, everyone has a different style and there will be bound to be hundreds who will love it.
You even had the guts to post this and announce publicly that this was your writing. Just don't anymore. Author's put their blood, sweat and tears into the books and here you are just taking advantage of her in-activeness and stealing her life. You really do make me sick, stealing such a beautifully written piece of art.
I hope that one day when BDG gets published it won't be under your name as 'b^tch' cause if that happened I highly doubt you'd make a bestseller out of it.
